Can a proxy deliver the document by mail?: Yes. Please let us know the name, address, and phone number of the proxy when you apply.

I would like to apply for several people at once. Is this possible?: We accept one application at a time. If you wish to apply as a corporation, please contact us using the inquiry form at the bottom of the page.

Is it possible to bring my foreign Driver's License directly to your company and have it translated on the same day?: We are very sorry, but we do not accept any visits to our office in person to apply.
All enquiries and payments must be made online.

I haven't returned to Japan yet, but can I get a translation of my foreign driver's license first?: Yes, it is possible.
However, we can only print or mail the translation within Japan, so please consider having someone else receive it for you.

Can you send the translation to the hotel where I will be staying in Japan?: Yes, it is possible. Please be sure to write in the "Customer Comments" section of the application form.

The letters on Driver's License have faded and are almost unreadable. Can you provide a translation?: Please contact us using the inquiry form before applying.

I recently renewed my driver's license locally, so the date is new. Can you please include the date I first got Driver's License in the translation?: If the date of initial issue can be confirmed on the face of Driver's License, please state this.
