If you apply for the "Gaimen Switching Safety Package" offered by ZIPLUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), the following application terms and conditions will apply. Please read the contents in advance before applying, and if you have any questions, please contact the translation office listed below before applying. Anything not specified in these terms and conditions will be governed by the provisions on our company's website.

1. Use of Personal Information

In providing the Gaimen Switching Safety Package service, we will use the personal information provided by customers within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use.

1. Operation and implementation of this service
2. Identification of users of this service and contact from our company
3. Improving our services, conducting market research, and planning and developing new services
4. Posting photos in various media (posters, flyers, web pages, etc.) for the purpose of advertising our service
5. To process paperwork related to the provision of this service
6. Shipping of various educational materials etc. associated with the provision of this service
7. Management of driving scores, etc. associated with the provision of this service
8. To respond to inquiries to our company
9. Providing information on various other driving-related services

2. Contract Formation and Cancellation

In providing the Gaimen Switching Safety Package service, we will use the personal information provided by customers within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use.

1. For the Gaimen Switching Security Package, the contract will be deemed to have been concluded when the application details have been finalized and payment by bank transfer from the customer has been confirmed by the due date specified by our company.
2. The Gaimen Switchover Anshin Package service will start after the contract is concluded. Please note that after the service has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be made for any reason.
3. Please note that Driving Lessons fee (driving lessons at a driving school) will need to be paid separately after the contract is concluded. Please pay Driving Lessons fee directly to the driving school on the day of the driving lesson.

3. Use and shipping of translated texts and teaching materials

1. An ID and password may be required when using services such as web content provided by our company. Eligibility to use the service belongs only to the customer who uses the service. IDs and passwords may not be disclosed to third parties without permission, and eligibility to use various services may not be illegally lent, transferred, or shared. If our company suffers damages due to the unauthorized use described above, we will demand compensation for said damages, regardless of the reason.
2. The teaching materials will be sent to the address and destination specified by the customer by a designated courier or postal service (hereinafter referred to as "carriers, etc.") in accordance with the shipping terms and conditions of each carrier, according to the shipping schedule determined by our company. We do not hand over the materials at our counter or have our staff deliver them to the specified location.
3. Shipping costs for the translations and teaching materials will be borne by the customer.

4. Management and implementation methods

1. Regarding plans currently on sale or that are scheduled for sale in the future, we may be forced to change specifications or discontinue sales.
2. Our staff will not accompany you to the driving school where your driving lessons are given. We also do not provide transportation to the driving school, so please come to the school by yourself.
3. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or suspension of public transportation, driving lessons at driving schools may be canceled or rescheduled.
4. Even if you are unable to take driving lessons at a driving school due to your intentional or negligent actions, the lessons will be deemed to have been taken.
5. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as equipment failure or abnormalities in communication lines, we may temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of web content provided by us or third parties commissioned by us.

5. Copyright

1. The educational materials (including web content) and media containing video and audio, as well as all other copyrighted works (hereinafter referred to as "educational materials") that we provide to our customers, as well as the information we provide on our website, via e-mail, SNS (social network services), etc. (hereinafter referred to as "information"), are protected under copyright law.
2. The following actions are prohibited with regard to teaching materials, etc.
   1. Copying (including converting to electronic data; the same applies below) educational materials and information beyond the scope of the customer's own learning purposes
   2. Using the teaching materials and information for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from our company
   3. Transferring (including putting up for auction, etc.; the same applies below) or lending educational materials, information, etc., or copies thereof (including electronic data; the same applies below) to a third party.
   4. Uploading educational materials, information, or copies of such materials to internet sharing sites and publishing, broadcasting, sharing, or reselling them
   5. Downloading educational materials, information, etc., or copies of such materials, knowing that they have been illegally uploaded onto the Internet

6. Termination of contract by our company

If we determine that you have engaged in any conduct that violates these terms and conditions, the regulations of the driving school you are attending for your driving lessons, or laws and regulations, or that significantly deviates from accepted societal rules, we may immediately cancel the contract and refuse to do any future business with you.
In addition, if any of the following apply to you, we may cancel this Agreement even after it has been established.

1. When a false statement is made at the time of application
2. When we learn that a person has a chronic illness, a physical or mental disability, an allergy, or is pregnant or may be pregnant and requires special consideration
3. When we determine that the customer is causing inconvenience to other customers or is at risk of interfering with the smooth implementation of driving lessons
4. When it is recognized that the person is a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a related party to an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, or any other anti-social force.
5. When a customer makes violent demands, unreasonable demands, uses threatening language or violence, or engages in similar conduct, against the Company, its affiliates, or other customers
6. When a person spreads false rumours, damages the Company's credibility by using fraudulent means or force, interferes with the Company's business, or engages in any other act equivalent thereto

7. Application for foreign license conversion to the license center

Please note that you must apply for the Gaimen Conversion Test (changing a foreign license to a Japanese license) at the license center in your area. For details on the application, please check the website of the license center in your area. Also, we do not undertake applications for Gaimen Conversion Tests at license centers, so please make sure to apply by yourself.

8. Liability

If you use our Foreign License Switching Security Pack and are unable to achieve your objectives, our company and the driving school will not be held responsible. The same applies in the following cases:

1. If your driving lessons are cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster or the suspension of public transport services.
2. Damage incurred during driving lessons due to accidents, theft, mischief, injuries, etc. caused intentionally or negligently by the customer or other parties
3. Damages incurred due to an accident during driving lessons that exceed the limits of the liability insurance coverage of the driving school
4. Any other damages incurred through no fault of our company or the driving school.
5. Any other damages incurred through no fault of our company or the driving school.
6. If you are unable to receive web content services due to bad weather, equipment or communication line failure, etc.
7. Late delivery or loss of educational materials by transport companies

9. Provision of personal information to third parties

You acknowledge, understand, and consent in advance to our providing the personal information (1) listed below to the third party (2) and to the third party using the information within the scope of the purposes of use (3).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. If any matter arises that is not specified in these terms and conditions, our website, contracts, memoranda, etc., we will negotiate the details with the customer in good faith and strive for an amicable resolution. In addition, in the unlikely event that a lawsuit or arbitration becomes necessary between our company and the customer, the court with jurisdiction over our company's location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

This agreement may be changed without notice. If this agreement is changed or if there are provisions that are different from this agreement, we will inform you on our website.
