One of the reasons is that the customer center is open until 6:30 pm on weekdays and until 5:30 pm on weekends and holidays. We have set business hours that are convenient for customers who are considering a driving school after returning home from school or part-time work.

The Customer Service Headquarters is the heart of Zipplus.
We mainly manage contract acceptance, payment collection, and payments to affiliated driving schools.
Through easy-to-understand and courteous responses and speedy, accurate decisions, we create a promise between the driving school and our customers.

In addition, in line with our unique style of ``introducing driving schools on the Internet,'' we are building a thorough low-cost operation and striving to provide even better services. We are also proceeding with systemization through advanced business design.

The time and effort that previously took to send school application forms by mail can now be omitted, and the entire application process can now be completed online by submitting them using a smartphone or other device.

Basically, you can apply online, but we will call you once after making a provisional reservation.

After calling you, we can generally process your request by email.
In addition to the above, we may also call you if the payment deadline approaches.
We are doing this to avoid inconvenience to our customers due to the payment deadline being passed and the application being invalidated. Thank you for your understanding.

Q.I would like to know the reason why the loan cannot be accepted.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not disclose detailed criteria for loan underwriting.

Depending on the status of the examination results, you may be re-examined as a guarantor, the procedure may be changed to a written one, or you may not be able to use a driver's license loan.
Please note that the examination for driver's license loans is carried out by a credit sales company, so we cannot be sure of the details or methods of the examination.
