How to request a refund of the difference

Please contact Do-Live customer support by phone or fill out the inquiry form within 2 weeks (14 days) from the reservation date and before enrolling at the driving school you have applied for.
Do-Live customer support will check the details and, if the conditions for the "Lowest Price Guarantee" are met, we will refund the difference in price. Please contact Do-Live customer support for further details on the procedure.

Applicable condition

The Lowest Price Guarantee only applies if the following conditions are fully met:
The reservation must be made by the driving school alone, with the driving school, license to be obtained, current license, conditions for mid-term cancellation, enrollment date, reservation details, guarantee details, benefits and conditions completely matching.
(If Do-Live's rate plan is refundable and the comparison rate plan is non-refundable, this will not apply.)
"Training fee" means the fee required to complete the training specified for each training course set at the relevant driving school and graduate (based on the training time specified by law, as well as the fee required for the training time specified by law) (in the case of overnight training, the fee includes the cost of accommodation), which is necessary depending on the circumstances of each student, and the training fee. The same rate plan shall apply to fees voluntarily selected by students and fees required due to other circumstances.
The "Lowest Price Guarantee" will only apply if you are able to apply immediately under the above conditions when you contact Do-Live customer support by phone.
This does not apply if the applicable plan cannot be applied for due to overcapacity or other reasons.
Package rates, discount rates that require a combination reservation such as a training fee + vehicle purchase, and discount rates where the training fee cannot be determined until the actual purchase are not eligible for comparison under the Lowest Price Guarantee.
The prices displayed on Do-Live usually include tax.
Prices from other websites to be compared will also include taxes and service charges.
The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to prices that are advertised and available to the public or listed on consumer-facing websites in Japan.
For example, preferential plans exclusive to your site, prices offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or pricing, groups, charters, points.
Programs, referrals, incentives, training benefits, or license acquisition subsidies provided by trucking associations, license fee subsidies provided by Traffic Orphans Associations, prices obtained through auctions or similar procedures, or coupons or other items not offered to the general public. Prices available only through promotions are not eligible.
It also does not cover charges you receive by calling a number listed on the website or in an email you receive.

Cancellation of application after application of “Lowest Price Guarantee”

If you cancel your application after the "Lowest Price Guarantee" has been applied, we will refund the amount you paid at the time of application minus the cancellation fee prescribed by our company and the difference refunded by the "Lowest Price Guarantee".
We will not refund more than the amount you paid at the time of application.

Do-Live “Lowest Price Guarantee” Terms and Conditions Change/Service Discontinuation

If Do-Live deems it necessary, it may change the Do-Live "Lowest Price Guarantee" terms or suspend the service to any customer, at any time, for any reason, without notice to the customer. shall be able to do so.
Furthermore, Do-Live shall not be liable to customers in the event that Do-Live changes the contents of the terms or discontinues the service.
Do-Live's "Lowest Price Guarantee" terms and conditions apply at the time the customer requests a refund of the difference from Do-Live.
Even if you cancel the "Lowest Price Guarantee" service, reservations made on Do-Live within the past 24 hours from the time of cancellation will be subject to the "Lowest Price Guarantee" service based on the terms and conditions in place at the time of cancellation. We provide.
