We provide an online service to introduce driving schools, but we also place importance on providing services that require human intervention.
One of the reasons is that the customer center is open until 6:30 pm on weekdays and until 5:30 pm on weekends and holidays. We have set business hours so that customers can take their time to consider driving schools after returning home from school or part-time work.

Q. I would like to be able to consult by phone even on Sundays and holidays.
Our Customer Center is currently open on Sundays and public holidays.
Q.Procedures such as sending documents are troublesome, so I think it would be convenient to be able to send documents when filling out an application.
“Paperless” application procedures are now possible.
The time and effort that previously took to send school application forms by mail can now be omitted, and the entire application process can now be completed online by submitting them using a smartphone or other device.
Q. I applied thinking I could join just by communicating online, but I received a phone call.
Basically, you can apply online, but we will call you once after making a provisional reservation.
After we receive your call, we can generally complete the procedure via email.
In addition to the above, we may contact you by phone if your payment deadline is approaching.
We would like to avoid causing inconvenience to our customers by having their applications invalidated due to missed payment deadlines. Thank you for your understanding.
Q.I would like to know the reason why the loan cannot be accepted.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not disclose detailed criteria for loan underwriting.
Depending on the outcome of the screening, you may be subject to a re-screening due to the need for a guarantor, the process may change to a written one, or you may not be able to obtain a driver's license loan.
Please note that as driver's license loan screening is carried out by a credit company, we are unable to disclose details of the screening or the screening method.
