If you report to the Do-Live Customer Center within two weeks (14 days) of applying and before you enroll in the driving school you have applied to that you find a website that offers a cheaper plan with the same content as the driver's license plan you applied to on Do-Live, we will give you a discount or refund the difference between the price you paid for the application on Do-Live and the cheaper driver's license plan you found.

Is the fee applicable compared to "fees at other schools with the same enrollment date"?
In that case, the terms and conditions will not apply and you will not be able to receive cashback.
My other company had a group discount, can I apply the same discount here as well?
If the driving school, license to be obtained, current license, cancellation conditions, enrollment date, reservation details, warranty details and conditions are all identical, we will refund the difference in the price. Please feel free to contact us.

How to request a refund of the difference
Please contact Do-Live customer support by phone or fill in the inquiry form within 2 weeks (14 days) of the reservation date and before enrolling in the driving school you have applied to.
Do-Live customer support will check the details and if the conditions for the "Lowest Price Guarantee" are met, we will refund the difference. Do-Live customer support will provide you with details on the procedure thereafter.
Applicable condition
The "Best Price Guarantee" applies only if the following conditions are met exactly:
The reservation must be for the driving school alone, and the driving school, license to be obtained, current license, conditions for mid-term cancellation, enrollment date, reservation details, guarantee details and conditions must all match exactly.
(If the Do-Live plan is refundable and the comparison plan is non-refundable, this offer will not apply.)
"Training fee" means the fee required to complete and graduate from the lessons set for each training course established by the driving school (based on the training hours specified by law, and including additional fees when training exceeds the training hours specified by law) (in the case of overnight training, the fee includes the cost of accommodation), and the same fee plan shall apply to fees required due to the circumstances of each student, fees selected by the student, and fees required due to other circumstances.
The "Lowest Price Guarantee" applies only if the above conditions are immediately available when you contact Do-Live customer support by phone.
This offer will not apply if the relevant plan is unavailable due to over-capacity or other reasons.
Package rates, discounted rates that are conditional on booking a combination of lesson fees and vehicle purchase, etc., and discounted rates where the lesson fee is not determined until you actually make a purchase are not subject to comparison under the "Best Price Guarantee."
Prices displayed on Do-Live usually include taxes.
Prices on other websites will be compared inclusive of taxes and service charges.
The "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to prices that are advertised and publicly available or listed on consumer-facing websites in Japan.
For example, special offers exclusive to your own site, prices offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or prices, groups, charters, points
Does not include prices obtained through programs, referrals, incentives, education and training benefits, or license acquisition subsidies provided by trucking associations, license fee subsidies provided by the Traffic Orphans Educational Association, prices obtained at auction or similar process, or prices available only through the use of coupons or other promotions not offered to the public.
This does not include any charges you may receive by calling numbers listed on the website or in emails you may receive.
Cancellation of application after application of “Lowest Price Guarantee”
If you cancel your application after the "Lowest Price Guarantee" has been applied, we will refund the amount you paid at the time of application minus our specified cancellation fee and the difference refunded under the "Lowest Price Guarantee".
Refunds will not be given in excess of the amount paid at the time of application.
Do-Live “Lowest Price Guarantee” Terms and Conditions Change/Service Discontinuation
Do-Live reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Do-Live Best Price Guarantee or discontinue the service to any customer at any time and for any reason, without notice to the customer, if it deems necessary.
Furthermore, Do-Live shall not be liable to you in any way if it changes the contents of the terms and conditions or discontinues its services.
The terms of Do-Live's "Lowest Price Guarantee" shall be those in effect at the time you request a price difference refund from Do-Live.
Even if the "Lowest Price Guarantee" service is canceled, for any reservations made on Do-Live within the past 24 hours from the time of cancellation, the "Lowest Price Guarantee" service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions at the time of cancellation.
Do-Live Money Back Guarantee Policy is effective from December 16, 2017.
