Traffic precautions
*Express buses, Shinkansen and limited express trains may all require reserved seats. Please purchase your tickets early.
*Please make all reservations yourself. Please bring your receipt. (If you do not have a receipt, we may not be able to pay your transportation fee.)
*There may be cases where the service is suspended. Please check the operating status yourself.
*Transportation expenses will be paid on the condition that you graduate.
*After you arrive, school staff will be waiting for you at the ticket gate if you are coming by JR train, or at the bus exit if you are coming by bus.
*Customers will be responsible for transportation from the nearest station to their home to the main station.
*If you would like to stay the night before, we will charge you 2,000 yen as accommodation fee. If you would like to stay the night before, please let us know in advance. *Conditions apply.
↳From July 1, 2026 onwards, a living fee of 4,000 yen (tax incl., 3 Meals Provided) will be charged.
