Traffic precautions
If you are arriving the day before, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate you.
・If reservations are required for express buses or public transportation, you will need to make the reservations yourself.
・There is no need to make a reservation for the shuttle bus from the meeting point to our school. It is also free of charge.
・Transportation expenses will be paid at the time of graduation. We cannot pay for students who drop out or for amounts that exceed the limit.
・Please contact the respective transport operators regarding delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, ticket reservations, refunds for personal reasons, etc.
・The published transportation routes and fares may change due to schedule changes and price revisions. For details, please refer to the booklet that will be sent to you after you apply for admission.
・When purchasing tickets, be sure to get a receipt.
If you do not have a receipt, transportation expenses will not be reimbursed (public transportation only).
