Even though it was only for about half a month, I was able to fully enjoy my dream of living alone! I could have chosen a hotel or a Japanese inn for my accommodation, but I was longing to live alone, so I chose Leopalace without hesitation. It really felt like a normal apartment, and although the room wasn't very large, it had enough space to live. Being able to choose my own meals other than lunch was also appealing to me, as I am a picky eater. I was able to get used to the important lessons quickly, probably because I had a good chemistry with the instructors. Thanks to this, I was able to proceed with the lesson more smoothly than I expected, even though it was automatic. Of course, my academic preparation was perfect, so I was able to pass the exam after graduation and get my license on the first try!

When I heard about Driving Camp, I had the impression that it would only be attended by young people, so I was a little hesitant, but this driving school caters to a variety of licenses, so it was attended by people of all ages.

The instructors are of various ages.

There were many veterans there and they gave me very clear instructions.

There were several options for accommodation, but I chose a hotel.

It was just an ordinary business hotel, but it was comfortable.

The distance to school was short, so I hardly felt any inconvenience.

The food in the school cafeteria was very delicious.

Although it wasn't available every day, there was a cake buffet, which was a nice service for someone like me who has a sweet tooth.

It was right during the summer vacation period, so the driving school was always bustling, but I was able to take my lessons smoothly, which was nice.

When I started training camp, I had the impression that I would have very little freedom, but I was surprised at how much freedom I had. I chose Leopalace rather than a dormitory or hotel, but I basically have free time outside of lessons. As for meals, you will eat lunch at the driving school cafeteria, but for the rest you can cook your own meals or eat out. So I had a great time and felt like I was living alone. I was planning on living alone when I went to university, so it was a perfect simulation experience. The instructors ranged from veterans to young people, but they were all kind and gave careful guidance. Thanks to that, even though I wasn't very confident, I was able to successfully obtain my manual driver's license! The overall atmosphere of the driving school was good, so I'm really glad I chose this as my training camp location.

It's seasonal, but it was extremely cold. The accommodations and school building were well heated, but when I went outside, the wind was cold and there were many days when it snowed, so I needed warm clothes. I chose a hotel plan for accommodation, but the room was a bit small. It feels like a normal business hotel, but after living there for about half a month, it felt really cramped. However, I think the service was very good. The instructor seemed a little strict, but the instructions were very accurate and easy to understand. The food was delicious, so I started looking forward to my daily life.

It had a real countryside driving school feel to it, and the atmosphere wasn't that bad.
Also, the facilities were all new, so I can say that I did not experience any problems or complaints during the training camp.
I stayed at a hotel, and the room was nice, spacious, and more comfortable than I expected.
The food was healthy yet of a very high standard.
The portion was also very filling, so I was very satisfied.
The instructor was scary at first, but as the lessons progressed he became friendly and we eventually became good friends! It was a very fulfilling camp experience.

I participated in Driving Camp at the time when spring break was over. I don't like being around too many people... This strategy was a success; it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to have a fairly relaxing training camp life. I stayed at Leopalace, which allowed me to get some alone time. The instructor was a little strict, but once you get used to it, the tension isn't bad. Thanks to her, I was able to proceed with my lessons smoothly. As for meals, we only used the cafeteria for lunch, but we were able to sample local cuisine from the area, and I think we had a fun time eating.

I had heard that it was a historic driving school, so I imagined it to be a very old school building, but that was not the case at all. The facilities were well equipped so I had no complaints at all. Although it is not a very convenient location, there are almost no problems during the training camp life. I chose an accommodation with a hot spring, and it was the right choice! It feels like an inn, so you can feel like you're traveling every day. I didn't have any problems with the instructors, but some seemed to be quite strict with them. There is some compatibility in this area... The food was delicious, so it was a very fulfilling and enjoyable training camp experience for me.

I have no complaints about the atmosphere of the driving school, the size of the dormitory, or the facilities. In fact, I think it was quite good. But the instructor was no good. Rather than being strict, most of the people had really bad attitudes. In particular, the young instructor's attitude was the worst. I would like to have proper guidance in this area. Practical training is mostly one-on-one instruction, so I felt really bad about it. But I guess not all instructors are bad. But I just hated it. I was really disappointed in the instructor. Because of that, I honestly regret choosing this driving school.

This was by far the best! That's not true. However, I had no complaints overall, and my impression was that the training camp was just as I had imagined. I stayed at a hotel, but it was just an ordinary hotel. As for the food, various efforts were made, but it wasn't particularly delicious. However, there were so many variations that I never got bored. I get the impression that the instructor is very hit or miss. Some of the instructors were very kind, while others had a bit of a bad attitude. I was able to graduate without any problems, and considering that I was able to obtain my license in a short period of time, it wasn't that bad overall.

I chose Leopalace as my lodging. This isn't the driving school's fault, but the rooms were small and the surrounding noises were loud. Therefore, I think I should have chosen a different accommodation plan, such as a hotel or inn. Regarding meals, this plan only includes lunch. The food served at the driving school cafeteria was very delicious. However, I had to prepare the other two meals myself or eat out, so it was a bit of a hassle to eat them every day. Well, this may also depend on accuracy and getting used to it. It was a little tough for me. The instructor's instructions were very easy to understand. Also, the facilities at the driving school were well-equipped, and the whole place was clean and neat.

There seem to be many different driving schools, but this one seems quite bureaucratic and a bit cold.
The instructors and staff are not particularly friendly and some people may find it intimidating.
The accommodation and food were not bad, but they weren't that great either.
Of course, the teaching itself is not the problem.
I was able to graduate within the time limit and get my license, so I guess there were basically no problems.
But I couldn't help but think that there might have been a training camp location where I could have been more comfortable.
I think the cost was reasonable.
When I think about it, I feel like this is what it's like.

It's a driving school located in a fairly rural area.
There was nothing there, so all I did was sleep in a hotel and take driving lessons.
I understand that that was the purpose, but I couldn't help but think that I should have chosen a driving school where I could have a little more fun.
The food was also ordinary and didn't suit my taste.
The instructor was also scary.
The teacher's language was also rough, so I was nervous throughout the lesson.
Honestly, I can't recommend this school highly enough.
If I were to go to Driving Camp again, I probably wouldn't choose this place.

Mr. S (32 years old) Large type (March)

In conclusion, it was a driving school that was not suitable for me. The atmosphere was bad and I didn't get along well with the instructors. No lodging or food. Maybe it's because they target young people, but as someone in my 30s, I had a lot of complaints. The only saving grace was that the curriculum was solid. So, it was good that I was able to obtain a large driver's license in a short period of time. I can't say it's a very comfortable driving school, but I can only be happy because it served its purpose. However, it is not a driving school that I would recommend to others.

Mr. K (37 years old) semi-medium size (July)

My personal impression is that the atmosphere was really bad. The staff's response and the instructor's attitude. It was often a bit frustrating. For better or worse, it gives the impression of being an old-fashioned driving school. I was a little disappointed as I had heard that there are a lot of nice driving schools these days where the staff and instructors are well trained. The lodging and meals seemed pretty average. Of course, I didn't have any trouble. However, it wasn't all that comfortable. Well, if you think of it as a training camp, it would be something like this. Maybe it was because I had high expectations, but I was often disappointed.
