Review introduction (13)

There are many different teachers. Some teachers don't say that they don't ask for feedback, so I think it's a good idea to ask for feedback every time by asking yourself, "What do you think is the problem?" My homeroom teacher was a person who taught me really carefully. I'm glad that I was able to be taught by not only that teacher, but also several different teachers. Sometimes I felt that what they said was different, but it also gave me an opportunity to think about what it was really like.
In my opinion, I don't have a good driving sense, so if you notice that, I recommend that you review and study on YouTube. I think that most people can get a license if they put in the time. However, some people who are not good at it give up and drop out because they have to take a lot of extra lessons, the training camp schedule is extended, and the fees increase. I felt that this was me, especially before the provisional license test, so I managed to pass just in time by practicing in my mind on YouTube and writing out the course. I had 11 hours of extra lessons, which delayed my graduation by three days. I sincerely think that in the days before YouTube, I could have given up and dropped out, so if there are people like that, I would like to support them and share the following.
Many driving schools provide tips on driving and the mindset for highway driving, so watching them was very helpful. I watched several and found a teacher that suited me. To memorize the courses at the driving school, I drew a map in a notebook and wrote out the course and what to do there (signals, visual inspection, lane changes, etc.) dozens of times. There are videos of driving the course on Binan's YouTube, so I watched those and did simulations. I cycled to the final exam route every day in the latter half of the course to make sure I understood the course. I also made sure to get enough sleep.
The area is not served by bus routes, and there are no traffic lights at the intersection in front of the school, making it a relaxed place. There were few distractions, and it was a very good environment for me to concentrate on driving. There was a Lawson about a 5-minute walk away, and if you rent a bicycle, you can easily get to drug stores, supermarkets, and Mega Donki. Fukuyama City is known as the city of roses, so roses are planted everywhere, even in the vacant lot next to the school and on the side of the road.
Matsunaga is also influenced by Onomichi ramen, and there seem to be many delicious ramen restaurants, and I was recommended Fukunoya and Ten. I wanted to go.
In the morning, I wake up to the high, loud song of a bird. It sings from about 5:30 a.m. until about 7:30 p.m. I still don't know what it is, but I think of it as the yellow bird that is the symbol of Binan Driving School.
It was surprisingly difficult to find free time during the driving license training camp, but if you go a little further, there are many attractive tourist spots such as Fukuyama Castle, Tomonoura, Onomichi, etc. I hope you will take the online theory lessons in a planned manner and enjoy sightseeing as well.

I decided to come here because the reviews for Binan Driving School 's large vehicle license training camp were good.
Having actually enrolled in the school, I agree with all the reviews.
First of all, the facility is very clean.
The facilities were also up to date and well equipped.
The instructor's instructions were thorough and easy to understand.
This Driving School also provides employment support, so I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job.

The facility was bright and clean.
The latest equipment is also available.
It was also nice that all the staff were friendly.
One thing that bothered me was that one of the instructors spoke to me in Hiroshima dialect, which I couldn't understand and made it difficult to have a conversation with him smoothly.
Still, it was very refreshing to hear the local dialect, and I was able to learn and understand it during the camp, so I'm very satisfied.

What is "mindful driving"? If a driver is walking, he is also a pedestrian. I think this is a driving school that cultivates a sense of consideration to not do to others what you would not like to be done to yourself.

I felt at ease because many of the students who enrolled at the same time as me were around the same age.
The instructors were many with unique personalities.
The accommodation was well-cleaned but a bit old.
Also, the food was delicious, but dinner was a bento box, which I personally found a little disappointing.
Still, looking back on it all, I was able to have a fulfilling Driving Camp experience while visiting Hiroshima for the first time.

In addition to convenience stores, there are also Lamu, drug stores, Donki, Daiso, etc. in the surrounding area, which is sufficient.
As for the guidance, I haven't seen all the staff, but I guess it's about right. The school has a responsibility to guarantee that it's okay to give this person a license.
I think that some degree of difficulty is inevitable in this process.
Some of the information on the website and in the guide pamphlets is out of date, so it's best to ask carefully about the price and meeting time at Matsunaga Station.
The day before, I was given a time 30 minutes before the time written on the pamphlet, so I had to rush to rebook my reserved seat on the Shinkansen... 😑
The large driving school cars were worn out. The rest looked pretty new.
Since it's in the suburbs, I think road lessons are pretty easy.
This school is one of the few in the country that is eligible for the Specific General Education Grant (40% back), so it is especially recommended for grant recipients who are aiming to obtain a pre-intermediate or higher level.

I could eat breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria, and in the evening I was given a hot lunch box, but I was satisfied because I could choose what I wanted every day.
The dormitory itself is new and in a good environment.
Many of the training cars are old, but I think the overall environment is good for Driving Camp.
I will add
The instructors changed frequently,
Regarding precautions and operations, each person had different things to say (checkpoints).
But it is true that I had to adapt to the situation with a "when in Rome" mentality.
However, it is natural that people have different opinions, and if you are used to the secular world like me, you can brush it off as a minor issue.
There are many comments that suggest that this is difficult for young people who are driving for the first time and don't know their way around, so I added this comment.
I feel like it's also necessary to teach young people in a way that suits beginners.

I don't know about the quality of the instructors because I haven't experienced other places, but I would give it two stars. The lessons are based on the assumption that you will be able to drive a medium-sized vehicle smoothly from the beginning, so be sure to prepare well in advance. (I studied in advance on YouTube)
When I asked "Is there anything you don't understand?", I was given an attitude like "Of course you know, you should be able to figure it out for yourself" as if they were bored with me, so I stopped asking questions halfway through. (I can't say they were very polite.)
It is attractive to be able to use the Special General Grant System and keep costs low, but if you fail the test multiple times (because of supplementary lessons + the test + extended stay fees), it may end up being cheaper to go to another school that doesn't charge extra fees, so if you're not used to riding a manual transmission and are not confident, you may want to consider this option.
Bicycles can only be rented for up to one hour at a time, so the only use for them is for a quick shopping trip.
Dormitory: Breakfast and lunch are served at the cafeteria, and dinner is served by order of hotpot. The taste is good, but the portions are a little small, so I bought more at a nearby supermarket for about 300 to 500 yen a day. (For a thin woman or average man, it should be fine.)
The room was as clean as a hotel, and had a hairdryer, kettle, and mini fridge, so I was able to stay comfortably.
There are only Book Off, Tsutaya, Yume Town and a pachinko parlor nearby, so if you don't have a car, don't forget to bring something to kill time.
