Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. This Driving Camp will be planned, advertised, and implemented by ZIPLUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). The contract for packaged tours that our company will enter into with participating customers (hereinafter referred to as "packaged tour contract") will be governed by these terms and conditions. Any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions will be governed by laws, regulations, or generally established customs.
2. The content and conditions of Driving Camp are determined by recruitment advertisements, pamphlets, content confirmation documents, travel conditions explanations, and standard travel agency terms and conditions recruitment-type planned travel contract (PDF) section.
3. If our company concludes a special agreement in writing to the extent that it does not violate laws and regulations and does not put the customer at a disadvantage, that special agreement will take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Contents of travel contract)

In these terms and conditions, "recruitment-type package tour" means a tour in which our company, in order to recruit participants for Driving Camp Driving Camp Driving Camp school course, the driving school (school), transportation, accommodation and other incidental services that the participants can receive, and manages and implements the schedule for the stay at the driving school.
(Participant's Obligations) If a participant fails to attend a lesson intentionally, for personal reasons, or due to negligence, the participant will be required to pay a cancellation fee and any additional accommodation fees (including meals) incurred as a result of not attending the lesson.

Article 3 (Establishment and cancellation of contract)

1. Customers who apply for our company's recruitment-type organized travel contract should check the contents of the company's prescribed confirmation form (hereinafter referred to as the "confirmation form"), fill out the necessary information, and then send it via electronic means such as fax or email. This contract will be concluded when you reply and confirm the reply, or when the payment method is confirmed by the date specified by our company. (However, if the customer is a minor, this contract will only be established after confirmation of parental consent.)
2. The payment method confirmation means the following:
   ① In the case of bank transfer, when the company confirms the payment
   ② In the case of a driver's license loan, when the customer's application procedure is completed and the credit company issues a notice of loan contract completion to us.
   3) In the case of credit card payments, when the authentication procedure by the credit card company is completed
   ④When payment has been confirmed using another payment method approved by our company.
3. After this contract is established, you will be required to pay part or all of the training fee by the date indicated on the document. When canceling this contract, a partial or full amount of the deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded, and any transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Article 4 (Enrollment conditions)

1. We are unable to interrupt the training camp or return home temporarily due to customer convenience. However, this does not apply if permission is obtained from the driving school (school). At that time, we may accept additional charges if the customer agrees to them. Transportation expenses will not be paid in case of dropping out of school, transferring schools, or returning home temporarily. (Excluding driving schools (schools) that have separate stipulations for payment)
2. If some customers change or cancel this agreement after multiple applications have been made, the terms and conditions of other customers will change. If there is a difference in price due to a change in terms, you will also be required to pay the difference.
3. If any of the following apply to a client, we may refuse to enter into a package tour contract even after the application has been accepted or this contract has been established.

   1) When a false statement is made at the time of application
   2) When we learn that a person has a chronic illness, a physical or mental disability, an allergy, or is pregnant or may be pregnant and requires special consideration.
   3) If you have received administrative disciplinary action and have not completed the disqualification period or attended the training course for those who have been subject to administrative disciplinary action.
   4) When procedures required by our company, such as driving aptitude consultations or medical examinations, are not carried out
   5) When it is determined that the client is causing inconvenience to other clients or is likely to hinder the smooth running of the training camp.
   6) When it is recognized that the person is a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a related party to an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, or any other anti-social force.
   7) When a User makes violent demands, unreasonable demands, uses threatening language or violence, or engages in acts equivalent to these, against the Company
   8) When a person spreads false rumours, damages the Company's credibility by using fraudulent means or force, interferes with the Company's business, or engages in any other act equivalent thereto.

Article 5 (Changes and cancellation of this agreement before the start of training camp training)

1. The customer may change or cancel this agreement at any time by paying the change fee listed in Table 1 and the cancellation fee listed in Table 2 to the Company. Please note that changes or cancellations to this Agreement will only be accepted during business hours of our call center. Even if you submit your application outside of business hours, it will be processed the next business day.
2. The customer will be responsible for any transportation costs and other expenses incurred due to changing or canceling this agreement.
3. Our company will not be held responsible in the event that the driving school (school) that the customer enrolls in determines that the customer is unable to attend the school and is unable to participate in the training camp. In this case, this contract will be treated as having been changed or canceled by the customer, and the change fee listed in Table 1 and the cancellation fee listed in Table 2 will be charged. The same applies if you are late for the meeting time on the day of enrollment and are unable to participate in the training camp.

   *Please be sure to contact us as the driving school (school) cannot cancel your application or change your enrollment date.



4. If you re-enter this contract after canceling this contract, or if you re-enter this contract before the enrollment date of the contract cancellation, it will be treated as a change. In the case of changes, we will not be able to appropriate the funds.
5. Our company will be responsible for any changes or cancellations to this Agreement based on Article 3.2. Actual expenses such as handling fees for refunds will be borne by the customer. If you use a driver's license loan, if you are unable to use the loan and cancel your enrollment, the prescribed fee will not be charged. However, this does not apply if your application has not been completed more than a week after your application, or if your application is made within 21 days prior to your enrollment date.
6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Customer may cancel this Agreement without incurring cancellation fees if any of the following events occur after the establishment of this Agreement.
   1) If the schedule is changed or the planned graduation date is postponed due to circumstances at the driving school (school).
   2) If the driving school (school) increases the camp fee due to its circumstances.
   3) In the event of a natural disaster, disturbance, riot, terrorist attack, interruption of the provision of transportation, accommodation or other services, suspension of irreplaceable public transportation, orders from government agencies, or other reasons, it becomes impossible or there is a very high possibility that it will become impossible to carry out the training camp safely and smoothly.

Article 6 (Changes and cancellation of this agreement after training camp starts)

1. If the customer changes or cancels this contract after enrolling in a driving school (school) due to the customer's convenience, the driving school (school) will deduct the training fee from the entrance fee, teaching material fee, completed training fee, and certification exam fee according to the standards of the driving school (school). We will refund the remaining amount after deducting any other costs that you should bear.
2. If the customer is unable to continue the training camp due to injury, illness, or other reasons after the training camp has started, the Company may cancel part of this contract. If our company is not responsible for the cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning home due to cancellation.
3. If the smooth continuation of the training camp is hindered or there is an extremely high possibility that it will be so due to the customer's intentional negligence, violation of laws and regulations, acts contrary to public order and morals, nuisance behavior, or violation of the driving school (school) rules, we may terminate this contract even after the training camp has begun.
   If you leave Driving School or training camp site without permission during the training camp period and there is no contact for more than two days, you will be treated in the same way.
   Accommodation fees during the period of absence will also be added. The settlement method will be based on the regulations of the driving school (school).
4. If you wish to change or cancel this agreement, please follow the regulations of the driving school (school) you attend. The driving school (school) determines that it is impossible to conduct safe and smooth driving lessons due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and snow damage, the outbreak of infectious diseases, labor disputes, government orders, the enactment, revision, or abolition of laws and regulations, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the contract may be canceled or the driving school, schedule, and accommodation facilities (including the use of training camps and accommodation facilities not listed in the guide) may be changed in order to continue the training. If any of the above events occur, or if you are unable to enter the school because you are unsuitable in the aptitude test (visual acuity, hearing ability, color discrimination ability, athletic ability, etc.) or academic ability test at the time of admission, you may be canceled mid-term, or the participants or partners during the training camp period. Damages incurred due to intentional or careless accidents, theft, pranks, injury or illness, etc., damages incurred due to accidents during lessons that exceed the coverage limit of the non-life insurance subscribed to the driving school (school), or other damages. Our company and driving school (school) are not responsible for any damage that occurs through no fault of our company, driving school (school), or accommodation facility.

Article 7 (Change of schedule after training camp starts)

1. The expected graduation date that we will inform you of in advance refers to the date on which you can graduate if you complete all of the scheduled training courses set by the driving school (school) on time.
   If the planned training camp cannot be completed on time due to the results of the practical test or written test, or due to the cancellation of training due to natural disasters, etc., the graduation date will be extended regardless of the scheduled graduation date. In such cases, we will treat it as not being covered by the itinerary guarantee.
2. If the graduation date is extended, the customer will be required to pay additional training fees. However, if additional costs are included in advance, or if the graduation date is extended due to natural disasters, etc., the customer will not be required to pay until the number of days or times specified in the contract.
3. If the driving school (school) administrator determines that there is no prospect of completing the practical training course or passing Driving Test as stipulated by the Road Traffic Act, or if the driver fails the provisional license exam three times, the training camp will be suspended. The customer will be asked to go home temporarily. In this case, transportation expenses will be borne by the customer.
4. In the case of the previous paragraph, in order to restart the training camp training schedule after returning home temporarily, we will again present to the customer special conditions such as passing the provisional license theory test, the difference between the training fee at the time of re-enrollment, and additional burden of transportation expenses. We will accept your request with your consent.

Article 8 (Change of accommodation)

1. The accommodation you will stay in during the training camp will be selected by the driving school (school) based on the plan (shared room, single, twin), unless we have confirmed the name of the facility in advance.
2. Driving schools (schools) may change accommodation or accommodation rooms during the training camp period. In this case, you will basically be moved to a similar facility, but this may vary depending on room availability.
3. Equivalent facilities as referred to in the previous paragraph refer to facilities where there is no significant difference in room size per person or incidental facilities. This does not include distance from the driving school (school), surrounding environment, age of construction, etc.
4. In the case of a contract in which a customer or multiple customers exclusively occupy an accommodation room, the period during which the customer can exclusively occupy the accommodation room will be limited to the expected graduation date that the Company presents to the customer in advance. If you wish to attend training camp beyond your scheduled graduation date, you will be required to use a shared room as a general rule.

Article 9 (Special compensation)

1. Regardless of whether or not our company is responsible, we will not be liable for loss of life due to a sudden and accidental external accident during the period of the customer's participation in the training camp training, according to the special compensation provisions of the travel agency contract solicitation type planned travel contract section. We will compensate you for any damage caused to you, your body, or your belongings within the scope of Table 3.

2. The cause of the damage to the customer's life or body is due to the customer's pre-existing illness or physical constitution, such as brain disease, heart disease, gastrointestinal disease, or shock symptoms, willful intent, violation of laws and regulations, gross negligence, suicidal behavior, or alcohol consumption. Those caused by drunkenness, traffic violations, mountain climbing, diving, swimming, entering prohibited areas or entering into water, or similar dangerous acts, earthquakes, eruptions, tsunamis, and incidents associated with these. If the accident is caused by an accident or disorder, the Company will not pay compensation or solatium as provided in this section.
3. The cause of the damage to the customer's belongings is intentional, violation of laws and regulations, gross negligence such as misplacement or loss, traffic violation, defect, natural wear and tear, or damage to the appearance of the item covered by compensation, and the function of the item covered by compensation. We will not pay compensation for damage to personal belongings under this paragraph if the damage is caused by earthquakes, eruptions, tsunamis, or accidents or disorder that occur accompanying these. yeah.

Article 10 (Provision of personal information to third parties)

1. Any personal information acquired by our company in connection with a package tour contract will be handled in accordance with our published personal information protection policy.
2. You acknowledge, understand and consent in advance to the Company providing your personal information described in (1) below to a third party described in (2) below, and to the third party using your information within the scope of the purposes of use described in (3) below.

Article 11 (Minimum number of participants and tour conductor)

The minimum number of participants for plans unless otherwise specified is 1 person, and the minimum number of participants for couple plans is 2 people.
No tour conductor will accompany any of the plans.

Travel Conditions Explanation Article 4 Supplement to Admission Conditions

1. Those who fall under the following conditions may not be able to enroll. However, this does not apply if the driver's license center has approved it or the driving school's administrator has approved it.
   1. Those who do not meet the standards set by law. For example, if you have a chronic disease (schizophrenia, epilepsy, sleep disorder, depression, recurrent syncope, etc.) or symptoms that are inappropriate for your age, eyesight, or driving.
   2. If you have received administrative punishment for a traffic violation in the past, please check with the Automobile Safety Driving Center in each prefecture to confirm that the disqualification period has ended before applying. If you are currently under administrative punishment, or are likely to receive administrative punishment in the future, but are not qualified to take lessons or are unsure, please check with a police station or license center in advance and submit your driving history certificate, etc. Please accept. Please bring these documents with you as you will need them when you enter the school.
   3. Those who have difficulty completing the school entrance procedures due to incomplete resident records and other required documents, and those who are unable to read and write Japanese.
   4. If there is a risk that driving operations may be impaired due to loss or injury to a limb or other body part.
   5. Those who have been judged by our company or the driving school (school) they attend to be unsuitable for training camps or group living.
   6. Those who wish to enter the school with semi-medium-sized cars, medium-sized cars, large-sized cars, or Class 2 licenses, and whose depth vision test has an error of 2 cm or more.
   7. Those who wish to apply for a regular motorcycle license, but are judged to be ineligible for the driving school (school) they wish to enroll in after undergoing tests such as hanging on the center stand, pulling around, making sure both feet are properly on the ground, etc. (It may be changed to 125cc even after enrollment)
2. We will not accept false applications or admissions in cases where the above items apply. You may be asked to leave the school even after you have enrolled.
3. Due to a request from our affiliated driving school (school), we cannot accept applications from people with tattoos.
4. Admission requirements vary depending on the driving school (school).

Travel Conditions Explanation Article 6 Supplementary information regarding changes and cancellation of this contract after the start of training camp training

1. Regarding infectious diseases (seasonal influenza, colds, COVID-19, etc.), it is also very important for each individual to practice cough etiquette, wear a nonwoven mask (cloth and urethane masks are not allowed), wash their hands, etc.
   Please consult us in advance if you have cold symptoms, persistent fever (including while taking medicine), fatigue or shortness of breath.
   If symptoms are confirmed and you are advised by a doctor or health center to avoid contact with third parties, you may be asked to return home temporarily. Please note that any travel expenses incurred in this case will be borne by the customer. Enrollment conditions vary depending on the driving school.
2. Fees, plans, school rules, etc. may be unavoidably changed due to the infection situation or the circumstances of the driving school (school).
3. Regarding enrollment rules, you will be required to follow the latest rules set by the driving school (school) you are attending.
   Please note that if you do not comply, you may not be allowed to enroll or may be expelled after enrollment.
