As after-sales support, we also provide support for rental car use and accommodation costs when traveling.

Differences from car insurance road service
There is a big difference between a car insurance and ZIPLUS road service.
Insurance is something you take out on your car,
ZIPLUS' road service is a service that focuses on people.
Therefore, our road-service is available even if you are driving a car other than the one you have insured (other than your own car).

Battery dead
Connect the cables and start the engine.

Out of fuel
Refueling will be carried out on site.

tire puncture
We will respond on-site by replacing the spare tire loaded on the vehicle.

Key Lockout
If you lock your keys in your car, we will unlock it for you.

Towing transportation
If the vehicle is unable to move, we will transport it to a designated location (factory, etc.) from the point where the problem occurred free of charge up to a maximum of 20km. *Any distance exceeding this will be charged at actual cost.
Free applicable vehicle types
*Vehicles with a total length of 5.3m, a total width of 2.0m, and a total vehicle weight of less than 3,000kg *Applies to light and standard cars. Illegally modified cars, stolen cars, commercial cars, and cars without vehicle inspection registration are excluded.

The most common problem is a dead battery.

Once a battery has died due to forgetting to turn off the lights or leaving the door half-open, it will generally not recover naturally.
Roadside assistance and battery replacement will be required.

If you return home within 24 hours of the breakdown or accident,
We will cover transportation costs (public transportation only) up to 20,000 yen per person.
